Our Returns Policy and Process
Returns and refund policy
We know how tricky it can be when selecting the perfect watch for yourself. Should your purchase not meet your requirements, or if you are unhappy with the item we ask that you please make us aware within 48 hours of receipt. Due to hygiene purposes, we kindly ask that you not wear the watch until you are completely satisfied with it. If the security seal attached to the watch is broken, returns will be void.
If you do wish to return your item you have 14 days from receipt to return the item for a full refund. We do ask that the item is returned to us in its original packaging, in the same condition that it was received, with the security seal intact. You must ensure that any item returned back to us has the appropriate level of shipping and insurance cover. Refunds will then be issued once we receive the item and have inspected it – within 5 working days.
Items that have been worn, adjusted, personalised or tampered with by the customer, another jeweller, watchmaker, or any other third party will be void of return and warranty. The item becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.
Cancellation policy
We try to send out our orders as quickly as possible, please see our Shipping Policy for details regarding when we send out orders. Due to the speedy nature of our order processing, we ask that any cancellations are requested ASAP. Sales and clearance items policy
Any items that are highlighted with discounted prices are still eligible for return and refund. No advertised sale price is fixed, meaning that the price could go up or down at our discretion during any time.
Shipping Your Return Item
When shipping a returned item back to us we require that the item is packaged up securely so that no damage should occur during transit. You must ensure that any item returned back to us has the appropriate level of shipping and insurance cover. Alternatively, we also accept in-person returns which must be arranged prior to returning the item.
