Our Delivery Policy
Shipping within the UK
All orders are securely shipped via UPS’s tracked and signed for next day delivery service. Please note that all orders are dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment, however orders placed after 10am on Fridays will not be sent out until the following working day. Tracking details are provided as soon as the item is booked in for collection. If you have not received your item by the expected arrival date please give us a call or email so that we can investigate the matter immediately.

For orders within Europe we do ask to allow 1-2 weeks for the item to arrive. For orders outside of Europe we ask for around 2-3 weeks. International buyers are liable for any taxes/duties/import charges that your country may impose.
Shipping a returned item policy
When shipping a returned item back to us we require that the item is packaged up securely so that no damage should occur during transit. You must ensure that any item returned back to us has the appropriate level of shipping and insurance cover. Alternatively, we also accept in-person returns which must be arranged prior to returning the item. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for further details.
